How do refunds work?
Until launch, email hello@getcyren.com and we refund 100% of what you paid. No forms and no questions. Refunds go back to the card you used and usually show up within 5 to 10 business days.
After launch you can cancel any time, and you'll keep access until the end of the year you've paid for.
What if the app never comes out?
Then you get your money back. If we haven't launched by December 31, 2027, we refund every founding member in full, automatically.
When does it launch?
We're building it now. Founders get into the beta first, and we'll email progress updates along the way so you can see where it's at.
Do I own the songs I make?
Yes. What you make is yours to release, sell and keep, including the WAV, the stems and the MIDI.
